Return Window:
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the product for a full refund or exchange. The 30-day window allows you to shop with confidence, knowing that you have ample time to decide if the product meets your expectations.

Condition of Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return.

Process for Returns:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@fleurhive.com. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your return request and, if approved, will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on where to send the returned product.
  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  4. Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  5. Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
